Apologies for the delay as it's been a few weeks since we said goodbye, but we just wanted to send you and your staff a note to say a big thank-you for giving us and our guests such a fabulous time at Cape Panwa, not only on our wedding day but throughout the duration of our stay.
As your aware being our wedding it was a very special day and looking back at how it was conducted / organised by yourselves it far exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect! Originally we were a little apprehensive about getting married overseas as we felt it might be very packaged with very little flexibility for what we wanted,
but from the minute we sat down with Tim on that first morning we felt very at ease and knew we could have it exactly how we wanted. At the same time we are extremely grateful in hind-sight for the advice that you provided about certain options available to us and the way the day / evening should be structured......simple things like organizing the tailor, Suzanne spending the day in the spa before-hand to have some privacy, the timetable that was put together to keep people moving, ensuring we got all our photo's how we wanted them, the flexibility on the food menu's etc were all things that made a difference to us and made it a relatively stress free and extremely memorable day that we will always treasure!
In addition to arranging our wedding to perfection, we're also grateful for the care and attention not only you but all your staff and colleagues gave to our accompanying guests, who like most large Collections could be demanding on occasions. To your staff's credit everyone returned saying how enjoyable their holiday had been and how they had fell in love with the Cape Panwa, with many promising to return ASAP.
"Nothing was too much trouble" was a phrase that is often used when we all talk fondly about our stay and we think sum's up the Cape Panwa nicely.
Finally thank once again for everything you done for us and we look forward to hopefully visiting you again in the near future.
